Interests: 

Pregnancy, placentation, and embryonic development in the rat model. Specifically, the effects of genetic modifications and environmental exposures like hypoxia on the relationship between the maternal environment and invasive trophoblast cells of the placenta. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and swimming. I also love checking out new restaurants in Kansas City and spending time with family.
